Nadya’s career spans over 15 years in the financial services sector, where she has assumed several senior positions across multiple jurisdictions including Malta, the UK, Luxembourg and the Channel Islands. As a certified public accountant who qualified with a Big 4 firm, Nadya has a wealth of experience managing diverse projects for private equity and real estate clients, as well as for funds and trusts. Her know-how includes leading assignments that range from audits and controls assurance to launching of new funds, as well as handling financial and investor reporting and various outsourcing initiatives. Nadya is well-versed in an array of accounting standards and regulatory frameworks, which underpins her strong technical expertise. One of Nadya’s standout abilities is her adeptness at overseeing intricate projects that involve numerous stakeholders, including investors, advisors, auditors and service providers, harmonizing differing priorities to achieve unified objectives.
Chris Casapinta

After qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2000, Chris joined PwC, where he started his career with the Malta office and later worked at a number of offices within the network. Most of his time was spent in the assurance division and on assignments involving significant capital markets transactions. In 2010, Chris joined Alter Domus to set up the operations in Malta, which he grew rapidly and now include a number of a reputable international clients. In his 13-year tenure, Chris also had the opportunity to lead various businesses and initiatives within the Alter Domus Group including the set-up of the office in Milan, Italy. Currently Chris focuses on supporting various local and international businesses mainly in the asset management industry. He sits on various boards and investment committees of both local and international family offices and various asset management firms and financial institutions.
